Our High Intensity small group training sessions will be exactly what you need to take your fitness to the next level. Small groups hold you accountable and provide motivation to get some serious work done!
We are not your average gym. We don’t have rows of cardio equipment with television screens to distract you, or a variety of machines for you to relax on. We don’t have saunas or tanning beds.
We focus our attention on a foundation of proper movement mechanics. We teach functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. Our programming is rooted in evidence-based scientific principles to achieve maximum results, whatever your goals may be. Our mission is to build a community of individuals who are dedicated to enhancing their lives by consistently working on their strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall health.
We are not an exclusive club. We welcome new members, no matter the age or ability level, with OPEN ARMS and treat you like part of the family. Even if you have never touched a barbell in your life, you are more than welcome to join us! The only thing we ask is that you push yourself to your full capability and consistently grind out the work that it takes to reach your full potential.
